Can't find companions in the cities they are listed to be at. As the title says. I got captured after loosing a battle. My hired companion and my brother was no issue getting back, but my companion from a quest (the "train a noble" quest) and my wife are both not possible to get back. The cities they are in are clearly listed. Press the CLAN button (L) , then along the top of the screen are a few other buttons, hit parties. Should see a list of your companions etc. Find the one that has the party and disband it. Is there any way to get them to follow you with their party or say help you attack a person/settlement? I couldn’t find any.
Custom companions online! Mod. A few days ago I've seen a post that told about website that lets you add custom companions. However, I couldn't find the post again and it was, I think, somehow lost as I haven't seen any shares so far. The website is called butterlord.com.
An easy fix is to start your game in v.1.0.3 and then convert it to 1.1. While in 1.0.3, you can view everyone in the encyclopedia and then you lose it once you go to 1.1. But it also sounds like 1.1 has so many other bugs that 1.0.3 is more stable and better option to play right now.
Find Daughter, Family Feud, Training Noble, etc etc! So make sure you complete the quest quickly and get rid of the extra companion before your companion sent out on quests are due to return or it will bug them out. Yeah I believe it's due to a "dev room" error, So can occur anytime a person enters or leaves a party.
Hasbulat Jan 30, 2022 @ 2:30pm. Just start the campaign mode, solve the main quest till the step rescue the family, grab you bro and siblings and forget the main quest fully, Play sandbox like. You have no timers, no disadvantages at that stage, you have to talk just to 10 nobles about the quest fight.

You can decide to change them all, or leave them all as vanilla, except one little thing, etc. I really love the flexibility, as anyone can find what they are looking for in mods. Some things that Banner Tweaks let you change are: * Starting amount of companions you can hire * Amount of extra companions you can hire per clan level increase

I would love to see a companion actually grow and be useful instead of: - taking a "fleshed" out companion on level 13+ - using a blank level 13+ companion (Wants daughter found quest). Which is basically on a powerlevel of a child. I kind of want a level 1 hero and i cant even find a mod for 1.8 that does it. this is a great observation.

1h sword, shield, lance, war horse, best possible armor from loot. Situasional throwing weapon. But not bow, never. Been using sword and shield with Polearm weapon or double axe and javelins. So they are formidable on horseback in tight fights and if their horse dies, they have shield for ground fighting. I've been playing Mount and Blade since Warband and played Bannerlord 2 religiously in 2020 so I'm familiar with what dismissing someone does. I haven't had a private chat with this particular missing character in quite some time.
